The core principle of the large square bucket cleaning machine is to use high-pressure water cleaning medium to drive the spray head to cooperate with mechanical scrubbing or flipping, achieving 360° non-stop dynamic flushing and stripping of the inner wall of the bucket.
The applicable scenarios include the following fields: Food/medicine turnover buckets: Focus on hygiene standards, mostly using hot water + food-grade cleaning agent, with a material of 316L stainless steel, emphasizing no lubrication design. Chemical/oil buckets: Focus on strong decontamination, often combined with solvent rinsing, steel wire brush polishing and high-pressure stripping of rust/polymer residues. Sanitation large buckets: Focus on efficiency and corrosion resistance, mostly semi-automatic lifting type or tunnel type, emphasizing the combination of external flushing and internal spraying. The equipment shown in the picture is a battery loading bucket cleaning and drying machine for new energy batteries.
The core workflow is divided into the following steps:
Loading and Fixing: The bucket body is placed into the workstation via a conveyor belt or manually, and is automatically positioned and locked by mechanical fixtures. Some equipment also has an automatic detection function.
Pre-rinsing: High-pressure water is used to initially remove loose adhering substances and most of the remaining liquid.
Main Cleaning (Core):
Dynamic Spraying: The cleaning head is driven by hydraulic or water turbine, simultaneously achieving 360° horizontal rotation and vertical oscillation/rotation, forming a three-dimensional coverage trajectory.
Physical Friction: Combined with internal steel wire brushes, brushes, or the barrel body's own rotation, mechanical removal is carried out for stubborn stains (oil, crystallization, gel).
Medium Action: High-temperature hot water or chemical cleaning agents (alkali solution/solvent) enhance emulsification and dissolution effects.
Rinsing: Clean high-pressure water is used to remove residual cleaning agents and suspended impurities.
Drying and Unloading: The hot air circulation system quickly dries the inner and outer walls of the barrel to prevent secondary contamination. After completion, it is automatically transported to the discharging area.
